PAC 60 Blown Film Surface Winders

The PAC 60 surface winder is ideal for building large rolls for operations where the film is either converted into a lamination or into bags or sacks off-line. This winder enables converters to wind 60-inch diameter rolls on 6-inch cores at speeds up to 600 fpm. It features lay-on pressure control to prevent blocking at the core which is made possible via a hydraulic control circuit and transducers utilizing pressure feedback circuit to consistently maintain lay-on pressure.
